A New Nourishment Paradigm

Inside The Counter, membership offers so much more than cooking classes, meal plans, or health and wellness coaching. You’re immersed in a hands-on, human-first space where you’ll build a sustainable habit system, tune into your body’s needs, and find a food rhythm that fits your life.

THE COMMUNITY FOR

THE COMMUNITY FOR

The Counter helps you

  • Understand your unique mealtime barriers and challenges for long-lasting habit change

Break free from food noise and perfectionism around cooking

  • Build a sustainable, repeatable meal system that fits your life

  • Swap out boring meals for mouthwatering, nutrient-dense dishes

  • Develop low-energy meal strategies for days when you feel depleted

  • Build a better relationship with food by unlearning diet culture rules & learning how to re-connect with hunger cues

  • Access therapeutic resources, somatic tools, and journal exercises that help you go deeper than most nutrition and wellness programs

Three phases, carefully designed to make it stick

The Counter isn’t a one-size-fits-all meal planning and nutrition program—it’s a thoughtfully designed learning community with interactive resources and a supportive village of credentialed practitioners that provide you with the tools and resources you need to stay well-fed and stick with supportive habits through all of life’s ups and downs.

The Core

Reconnect with yourself and your nourishment needs

In The Core, you’ll reconnect with who you are—your relationship to your body, your inner voice, and your patterns. You’ll unpack perfectionism, beat back your brain bully, and discover what in your life needs attention. This phase sets the foundation for everything that follows, helping you choose next steps that feel aligned, not overwhelming.

And you’re never tuning in alone

  • Open community chat with Micole and Shelagh Curran, The Counter’s primary nutrition coach

  • Monthly group coaching calls with Micole or a featured guest expert

  • Monthly body-doubling calls for gentle accountability and care

  • Access to our exclusive Practitioner Directory for trusted, aligned support

The beauty of The Counter is that you’re always in control of the dial. You move when you’re ready. You pause when you need to. And no matter where you are, there’s always support to serve you.

The Foundation

Explore cooking, meal planning, nutrition, and nervous system tools

In The Foundation, you’ll explore practical skills and mindset shifts that make feeding yourself easier, kinder, and more sustainable. From intuitive eating and meal planning to neurodivergent-friendly hacks, hunger and fullness cues, cooking confidence, and kitchen know-how—this station is full of options. You’ll also discover tools like breathwork, EFT tapping, and journaling to support your nervous system and build a personalized toolkit.

The System

Build a rhythm that fits your life—your way

Here, it all comes together. In The System, you’ll craft your own flow —a flexible structure for eating, meal planning, and caring for yourself that supports your real life, not some ideal version of it. You’ll fine-tune what’s working, adjust what’s not, and stay connected to a community and coaching team that keeps you grounded through life’s shifts.

THE STACKUP

How The Counter compares.

Nutrition Support

❌ One-size-fits-all meal plans with a high focus on rules
